Hi, I’m Kayleigh — a scoliosis warrior, wellness girly, and the heart behind Strong in the Curve. After years of learning to live with my body instead of fighting against it, I created this space to share the real, raw, and empowering parts of the journey — from spine care to self-care!

You’ll find more than just spinal health tips here. This blog is a blend of scoliosis advocacy, movement and fitness tools, mindset shifts, holistic healing, and honest wellness routines from my everyday life. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, deep in recovery, or simply trying to feel better in your body — this space is for you.


I believe that wellness and healing go hand in hand — and that strength doesn’t always look like lifting the heaviest weight or having the straightest spine. It’s about listening to your body, making small changes that support you, and building a life you actually feel good in.


This space is for the girl who wears her brace under her hoodie. For the one swapping her coffee for lemon water. For the one who said no to things that drained her — and the one finally saying yes to herself again.
